Specializing in home and building design, Cotuit Bay Design, LLC proudly serves Cape Cod & The Islands as well as Southeastern MA. Founded by Steve Cook, our firm has designed numerous residential projects throughout the Cape Cod area ranging from remodels and additions to new homes and commercial properties.

Cotuit Bay Design, LLC is known for uniquely incorporating the traditional design of coastal New England design into our projects. We provide home and building plans and offer a number of different specialties including:

STEVE COOK, OWNER/DESIGNER

Cotuit Bay Design, LLC was founded by Steve in 2001. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston MA, Steve received degrees in both Architectural Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Steve is a Cape Cod resident and native New Englander and enjoys including the traditional New England style into many of his designs.
